I`ll call it a GREEN-aqua CD 245 embossed 9200. It was used on the first electrical power line from the Rainbow power plant in Windsor, Ct to downtown Hartford. Many 245s were retrieved from this line back in the 1970s, most being the normal aqua color. A few greens turned up. I see some aqua in this one but green in the predominant shade. There is some damage on this piece. Just above the 00 there is a one inch chip on the shoulder. Up a bit more there is a small shallow white colored chip and a small chip on one corner of the cable groove. On the inner skirt there is a finger nail size shallow chip. Still a great looking insulator that I`m going to price very fairly. First $110 gets it delivered to your door anywhere in the U.S.
