This CD 162 style private issur commemorative is embossed McLAughlin No 19 on the front of the skirt and 1897 - 1972 on the reverse side of the skirt. It is primarily white but a band of blue stats at the No 19 and travels up to and around the wire groove before running out at the 1972 date. There is also a blue dot on the side of the dome.
