Sure looks blue to me but I`ll call it blue-aqua just to be on the safe side. The CD 170s seem to be a bit tougher to come by than the 170.1s. This one is a really fine appearing insulator. The are two things going on with the inner skirt. First there is an underpour that makes about half of the inner skirt shorter than normal. Second, there is chipping on about 1 1/2" of the remaining inner skirt. If you are going to have chipping, that`s the place to have it. This good looker is priced at $25 plus shipping.
