CD 252 [030] Knowles No 2 Cable with the Patented June 17, 1890 Patent date. Primarily a nice yellow green with an ample helping of amber in the ears. This is probably the nicest 2 tone Cable I have had the pleasure of owning. The picture doesn't do the color full justice but it backlights very well. Both sides are embossed very strong. The Patented side shows the amber the best and is also the better condition side. This piece is not without damage however most of it is near the mold lines so it displays very well. The most obvious damage is a stone pop to the right of Knowles. The white fire brick stone is still embedded in the glass but the area around it popped away. Next there are 3 larger mineralized circles under the glass and 5 smaller than the diameter of a pencil circles again mostly concentrated at the mold line. Backlighted they really don't show. Front lighted they appear as pearlescent circles. In mint condition, this would be worthy of a catalogue sale. Offered for $90.00 with the shipping included.
