This week I have decided to release some 9's and 12's into the mainstream. Here are a pair of stamped pat date 9's in a light pale aqua colour. Both are VVNM cond. Embossing on first one is "P A T E N T E D" fuzzy, all letters WIDELY spaced yet bold, it looks like the mould was carbonized when pouring causing the fuzziness around the letters and numbers, plus has some nice orange peeling about the base. VVNM. The second one is a "PATENT" embossing, has very light small embossing with all the "A"s missing part of the left leg bar at the top. Also 1893 is nicely ghosted above the stamped date. Piece has 1 flaked drip tip from a base bump that caused an almost invisible feather bruise. No glass missing. 2 very nice early Hemingray pieces with a difference! $14 for the pair + $5.50 shipping in USA.
