This one is embossed Hemingray-19 on the front and Made In U.S.A. on the rear. It is Hemingray blue and has a smooth base. Just a couple of pin point ticks on the wire ridge. I am asking $16.00 shipped to your U.S. address. The color came out too sapphire looking, it is just Hemi blue.
