I have done a bit of research on this piece and found that this embossing is a lot harder to find than your everyday cobalt blue. Most cobalts have complete Hemingray 19 name, with patent and date, this particular signal is embossed:(FS)HEMINGRAY/MAY 2 1893.(RS)PETTICOAT. Note that the word "PATENT" has been left out and also the No 19 is left out too. This is a tough variant in a killer colour, book on this piece is $600 compared to $400 for other cobalts.
