A very multi-colored insulator, with green ranging from a bluer lime green in the skirt to a more yellow-green in spots, and then there is a very strong patch of yellow that starts as a glob behind "New York" and crosses over the dome to the right side and trails off down to the rear base as a string of small yellow patches. Damage is limited to a pinkynail size chip off the wire ridge below "N" and a short vertical crack to the inner skirt typical to these. There are the assorted tiny pings and roughness associated with use, but all in all a super colored CREB in great condition. This would be a good catalogue piece, but today you can have it for $200 post paid to US.
