I picked this up from a good friend of the family -- The man is 85 years old and he said this was sitting on his porch for about 60 years -- He has a few other pieces of property and one building he rented out to the power company around WWII -- They gave this to him and they also buried tons of glass and porcelain on his property... But, he always had it kicking around but he knew that I collected insulators and let me have it. Now the problem is, is what is it?
