CD 162 [070] H.G.Co. Patent May 2 1893 in a wonderful Electric Blue. This appears to be the same pretty Electric Blue the CD 257 Mickey Mouses come in. Really fabulous condition to boot. There are 2 partially flaked drips. One is about half flaked and the other is a barely noticable sliver. A few of the drips have bubbles in them and one is open. At the mold line on the upper wire groove ridge is a stress line I can see depending on how you turn the piece. Below it is a very small BB ping that creates a small stress line as well. You really don't see this on the shelf and it sounds worse that it really is. The inner skirt and threads are perfect. I think it would be a long time before you'd find an upgrade since usually the drips are whacked but these are great. Way more uncommon than the cobalts. Book says $350 - $400. I say $266.66 with the shipping included! The color just glows. This piece is sure to please. First email.
