This is another insulated platform insulator similar to the prevous posted Fred Locke. the man pulling the disconect switch handle would stand on this platform to prevent getting zapped if there was leakage curent on the switch insulators. This insulator has a beautiful yellow orange glaze of the 1905-08 era OB production
