Pin theading jig, top view

This jig will thread wood pins, 4 threads per inch. It will accomodate any length up to 12 inches long. A router with a 1/8" bit is used and mounts directly above the threaded pin you see in the jig. A wood screw installed in the end of the bolt holds the pin as the bolt feeds the pin into the router bit for threading. The unit is constructed entirely of steel. I just completed it yet and have to paint it. Just to decide what color.
