This piece is an airial spacer tramp bracket, these were used to cross the wires mid span between poles to break crosstalk. Bracket is aluminum with 4 1079 Owens Illinois insulators. Insulators are in decent shape, has a few small chips but diplays great! Insulators can be easily switched out, they are secured with cotter pins. $6 + shipping.
