I spotted this bone yard in Jacksonville, IL, where I lived from 1960-64. Apparently Gano Electric has a contract to remove some trackside wires. This pile is on their property on Caldwell, just north of Walnut St. It looks like they are trying to recycle the insulator pins, etc. as scrap iron. All the insulators are CD 154 and CD 155s.
