I recently found these insulators in Ohio. I am unsure what they are so any help would be appreciated.

Take a look at the crossarm. Everything there is amber, but it appears to be two separate CDs. Please help identify...there is apporx 20-30 of these and I would like to get a few of them somehow or another.
