If you know your Mulford & Biddles, you know this is a rare color to come by. Listed in the book as dark blue ($1,250-1,500), it can be better described as a Hemingray blue with a teal blue influence. This insulator was in two pieces and glued back together in the wire groove area. Chipping is as seen in the photos. Considering the rarity of the color against the damage, let's go with a very reasonable $215 ppd! Someone with repair skills could really clean this up nicely. The positive side is all the embossing is there!
