Here is an insulator pin for CD 304/310 Coolies and CD 303/310 Muncies. This pin would be very good for holding the insulator together so the pieces would not fall apart. The bottom has also been sawed off. The pins are far scarcer than the actual insulator! Asking $15+shipping. How about $15 postpaid?
