This is the 4th revision of the Milholland books,. This was the Bicentennial Edition and the last book that he would write. With each edition the Milholland books got larger and tried to accommodate a very fast moving hobby. This Bicentennial edition would be the "Bible" for almost 15 years until the McDougalds introduced their much more complete set of books. This particular Bicentennial book is in the more expensive looking brown leather looking cover, rather than the more common pink cover.
