This rare Imperial U-938 was brought to Dan Howard's insulator swap in Portland, OR. Aug. 12, 06. Two words seem to come up whenever anyone looks at it....Weird and Rare! The owner is Washington state collector Robin Harrison. So far, they have only been found on an old interurban railway line in Massachusetts.
