I have a gorgeous Lt. Cobalt Blue CD 162 Hemingray No 19. All the drips are intact and was not able to find any blemishes on them. The only damage to report is a little wire rub in the lower wire groove to the right of the "Y". This insulator is all cobalt and the slight discoloration in the skirt is just digital echo from the camera and the 5000K back lighting. This insulator is about as close to mint as you'll find and is a top shelf display piece.
