I posted a picture of this little ugly duck a while back. It was used in the Brainerd, MN railyards to shuttle cars around and haul railroad ties from the tie plant there. Here it is again to use as a comparison to a the next picture of a 0-4-0 or 0-4-0t possibly for the same purpose in the same rail yard. Apparently the second photo was taken by a professional photographer hired by Northern Pacific to photograph all of there engines.
