This is either an underrated insulator or I just haven't been looking at the tons of 104 Pennycuicks that have passed my way over the years. I thought this was a pretty fair looking insulator and then I noticed the 6 circular blotouts on the skirt. I checked it out in the price guide and see that it's no big deal. Maybe not, but I thinks I'll be looking more carefully at those unembossed 104s from now on. There are a couple of small wire groove nicks and one small shallow base chip. Nothing serious. I guess I'll go with the book and ask $15 plus shipping.
