CD 133.2 [030] L.A.C. / PATd JULY 25th 1865 P&W. This one has the most dome glass (roughly 7/8" of an inch) of any I have in my collection or have seen over the years. At the mold line on BOTH sides are nice pea sized bubbles. One just above 1865 spans the 865. Huge triangle plunger mark at the top of the dome... bigger than I've seen on most as well. There is a milky amber swoosh across the rear skirt. There are 2 small shallow base flakes that really don't show when displayed. One is under the P in PAT and the other is behind the mold line. Associated with the one in the back is a faint bruise that can only be viewed from underneath at certain angles. There is a small abrasion on the dome as well. All this sounds worse than it really is. A great late 1860 - early 1870 telegraph piece you would be happy to have in your collection. 1 1/2 pounds of glass! Price $126.66. First email!
