CD 135 [020] diamond groove shoulder embossed CHI. INS. CO. PAT. OCT. 16. 1883. with 1 dot on the front skirt. A super blue color and about as nice condition as you will find. The diamond groove, base & shoulder embossing are perfect. Embossing sharp and clear as well. I would say MINT for this style but will say VVNM to be safe. There is a tiny insignificant tick here & there on the mold line. Upgrading would be very difficult to do as I have had this in my collection since the late 1980s. Price $96.66... first email!
