Beehive collectors; Attention! This CD 145 insulator is base embossed THE STANDARD GLASS INSULATOR CO. BOSTON MASS. The embossing is perfect. There are three trouble spots on this particular piece. There is one inch of chipping on the upper ridge of the wire groove. Sloppy work on the part of a lineman! There is a 3/4" diagonal crack in the skirt starting at the base. And there is an inner skirt chip about the size of your thumb nail. On the plus side is the perfect embossing and the excellent presentation as seen in the photo. Probably should ask one fifty but for my Icon friends I'll price it at $120 plus shipping.
