This good looking Canadian signal style CD 162 is perfect in every way. Look real hard and you can find a tiny bit of glass roughness on the inside edge of the base. Might even have been there from day one. The embossing is strong, the mold line bold and the whole base of the skirt has a twisted appearance. You can see the ripples in the glass along the base of the skirt. Light blue-aqua in color. I think this one is worth a few bucks more than the average Hamilton. $30 plus shipping.
