The picture pretty much tells it all. This is a fine looking CD 138 classic style insulator. There is a tiny fisheye on the side of the dome and shallow ding just above the CO. embossing. Other than those two flaws the insulator is a standout. Good strong embossing and a shiny glass surface will make this a great addition to any collection.
