I think this is 110 kV. Maybe it's only 69 kV. It's a branch from the line shown here [id=147374698]. Goes to a sub along Burlington Northerns Stampede pass rail line. Couldn't find the sub for a photo though, only the outgoing 12 kV to the former town of Lester, now the watershed for the city of Tacoma. the 12kv also feeds various railway signal huts. anyways, this H structure has an ID of W-S on one of it's legs. Not sure what the W or S stand for.
