This is the W. Brookfield 45 Cliff St. NY / Pat. Jan. 25th 1870 with B & O on the skirt. There is a nice streak of graphite in the front skirt. All I see is a couple of lower wire ridge pings, and a tiny open base bubble. There is some wire groove rub and a molding defect on the upper wire ridge.
