Old 4 KV pole in Winnipeg Manitoba. Now owned by Manitoba Hydro but was originally built by Winnipeg Hydro which was known as WPEC (Winnipeg Electric Company) at the time this pole was installed according to the tag attached to the 1939 date nail. The glass here appears to be CD 296 Prism's which were used extensively around here.
