This is the next pole down from the one in the last picture and also has a 1939 date nail. This is the more common type of single circuit 4 KV construction once used by WPG Hydro. Although the lines are unbalenced which leads to a very large number of croaked crossarms in this city, it was to allow for an extra circuit to be added to the other side of the cross-arms if needed which in this case wasn't.
