This is continuing north on the street I initally started walking down about 4 spans from where the 24 KV continued west. Not to sure how the top west circuit (one with glass) is fed as it doesn't follow the 24 KV west as underbuild (see 2nd pic after this). It seems to just end about 5 spans south near the 24 KV corner. At the 24 KV corner, only the top east and the bottom circuits are the two that follow the 24 KV west along with the other two circuits coming from the south. This is as far north as I went before going back once again to the 24 KV corner.
