The CD 162 signal is leaning more to the glowing citrine side of yellow. Now you all know there are authentic yellow Cals, as well as heat reversed yellow Cals. I see no visible sign of tampering on this one, but I can't positively authenticate it. The previous owner paid $200 for this vnm+ Cal, so let's sell it at that price as long as you're not a dealer buying it for resale. We've seen them sell in the $350 range, but that's higher than they should be.---- The CD 260 helmet is a beautiful golden yellow and is most likely authentic. If you look closely in the photo at the left ear you can see a resin repair at the tip. This is an expert job and actually blends in better when seen in person. Just a couple minor factory "bumps" on the reverse; a great displayer overall. There is a skewed ghost embossing above the primary embossing for added character. We have sold mint examples in the $1,200-1,500 range. Let's move this one along to a lucky ICONer for just $575! (Prices are plus actual shipping/optional insurance). |
