I picked this up in a box lot at an auction, it has the measurements of a CD 143.4 except that it is 3-7/8" tall and it has a small inner skirt(3/8").It has the embossing of a CD 145 B [035],but it looks nothing like a CD 145,the wire guide is higher and this one is more squat. I got a pic of them side by by side. What's the verdict?
