This is embossing (010) -- Dome has # and front skirt of top portion reads A.T.& T. Co. and on the bottom piece is A.T. & T. Co. with a symbol or upside down backwards 4 ? Has some nice straw marks and bubbles throughout and bit of carbon and amber in dome. Upper piece has a small flat base chip, bottom piece has wee burst base bubble. Would say its VNM.
