Here's a Miva T8 in as-received condition, covered with rust and paint. Don't judge a book by its cover! I put it into a covered Rubbermaid container with enough Liquid Plumr to cover it. I like to use that when acids are not needed. You just buy a jug of it and take it home. No mixing, no overt fooling around with it. Just use it.

Acid might have been a better choice for this one because of all the rust, but the next day, a quick rinse and a scrub with some Barkeeper's Friend, and Voila! To see it clean, [id=159632009].
