stopped at a garage and saw this, I asked them if they had any more insulators and they said they thought it was a planter. the top is 14 inches across and the whole thing is over 12 inches tall, and weighs almost 38 pounds. its got a locke insulator and a letter or block embossed on the top, and jan.1927.
