The color is actually a bit darker blue than the photo. It is loaded with micro bubbles top to bottom. The photo was taken in an overcast sky but the bubbles still standout. There is a bit of soot on the inner skirt and below the wire groove. You buy it and if you want, I'll clean it before I ship it. $45 includes the shipping.
