This insulator in my opinion is very underrated as you don't see too many of them around. I would call this piece a blue/aqua and its VNM with only a half inch chip on the upper wire ridge. This piece has the so called rounded "Hamilton Base" and has very little nibbling on the inner edge which these are so prone to getting.
