This is a CD CD 297 Locke [035], the less common one with the three patent dates on the front. The dates are not that strongly embossed but are readable. I'm not sure what the "narrow neck" style ( [040] ) is, the diameter of this neck is a little under 2 1/2" ... you decide!

Light aqua. Sorry the photo isn't that great, and it doesn't look jadeish like that... I wish!! The outside is in great condition, with just a ding. There are three small pinkie sized chips/flakes on the extended petticoat. Two you can see in this side view. The saddle groove goes left/right so I thought I'd show it rotated 90 degrees. There is also 1" open bubble on the raised innermost petticoat which you can't even see... An annealing stress mark (not a fracture) running up the extended skirt in the front. This is detailed damage, so don't let it all scare you!
