The sale and distribution of these commemoratives was by the Columbis, Ohio Council of the Telephone Pioneers of America and benefited community service projects. This was all back in 1971. These five are all embossed with the Pioneer's logo on the front skirt and HUMAN SERVICE on the rear skirt. All 5 pieces are in perfect condition.
