This is the Fred M. Locke blue ink underglaze marked classic porcelain insulator. It has been in my collection for over 20 years and I have only recently been able to find another one to upgrade. This is a really hard item to find in any kind of shape. As you can see from the picture the marking is a little weak. There is some chipping around one of the ears and some scratches on the back and side, apparently from the tie wire. Otherwise, it is in really good shape. How about $150 plus shipping.
