Porcelain Cochrane bell set

This is the only known porcelain cochrane bell set. The porcelain bells appear to be of Victor manufacture from the R=00 era around 1915. At this date I have not located any information on the location or circumstances of this insulators use .

When found the original wood stalk had rotted away and the caps were badly rusted . The wood was replaced and the caps sandblasted and clear coated as when new and any damaged bells were repaired. Please see the next three photos in this album for more details of this unique insulator.
