This over all Hemi blue insulator has a glob of green just to the left of center. The green extends from the outer skirt just to the left of Hemingray, up through the wire groove and up into the dome. I don't believe I would call it a true two tone, but is enough to make it interesting. I don't see much wrong. Just a few tiny flea bites in the front. I would call it VNM.
