I hav no idea what this is. I found 50 of them on REALLY old lines that were by old RR tracks. They took the tracks out and have a Joliet line under the bike path bridge that used to be the old tracks. they left the poles. the other 49 i found were in pieces and this has a huge chunk out of the top piece. it is a 3 piece and i have no idea who it was made by. All help appreciated.
