A contact who works in rural communities in Nigeria has access to unused open-wire material. Sorry, he said there is no color on the lines anywhere, just white mud marked P&T, and clear glass marked DENZA  6115. If anyone is interested in obtaining some of these, let me know and I'll tell him how many to send. He has arranged for some villagers to pull down the old lines for him. He wants US$10 for the mud and US$15 or the glass, all metal removed. He is going to give the money to the villagers. That kind of money will go a long way in these small villages.
