I picked this heavy piece up at a flea market today... Its in really good shape and is a good addition to all my other go-withs. The problem is, I have no clue what it is. On the ID tag, it is marked R&IE Equipment Division/ I-T-E Circuit Breaker CO. Greensburgh, Penna., USA..... The handle on the bottom looks like the end of rolling pin and there is an eye bolt sticking out of it. Any help/ info would be really appreciated.
