If you like old classic insulators in extremely good condition this is one to look at. This CD 127 is strongly embossed; W. BROOKFIELD 55 FULTON ST. CAUVETS PAT. APL. 4. 1870. Toward the top of the dome there is either a very small shallow chip or a manufacturing flaw. Very minor, but still there. There is a whisp of smoke, amber tinted, that runs down from the wire groove and travels about two inches into the skirt. There is a very strong mold line over the dome. $70.00 includes shipping anywhere in the U.S. Although this is a great piece and I just sold one very similar to it on eBay for $68, I am going to reduce the price to $45 and still pay the shipping.
