I really don't know much about these, but I have seen a few around, including a CD 122, CD 145, CD 154 and CD 155. I guess these were given out at the 50th anniversary.

There is a gold decal (strongly attached) with blue writing that reads

50th Anniversary // Theodore N. Vail // Chapter // 1922 - 1972

In the middle is the Bell System bell, with a number 174465 in the middle. Below that in small print to the left is 1875 and to the right 1921. First I wondered what these was, 174465 is the patent number of the Telephone! Patent 174,465 issued March 6, 1876. Paul Axman provided me with this additional inforamation. The 1875 date is when Bell first transmitted speech over a wire, and the 1911 is when the Telephone Pioneers of America were formed.

Around the triangle it reads

Telephone / Pioneers / of America

You should be able to see some of this detail in the photo above. A nice piece of telephone history, especially when you understand what all the dates are refering to.

Yours for $10 plus shipping. If you would also like an unfolded, high quality print outs of the 1876 Bell patent, it will be $3 more (total then $13)
