Spotted this broken crossarm up the street from my house. A person living on the other side of the street cut down a tree in their yard and it fell across the street. The top caught the phase closest to the street. It didn't break and the only people who lost power were the ones fed by the transformer on the broken pole. The wires are insulated because this is a main feed from a substation and there are lots of trees. sure did their job.
